Welcome to WECANDOIT. By accessing our website or placing an order with WECANDOIT, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Overview
WECANDOIT provides custom, personalized, and made-to-order products, including apparel and related merchandise. Because many of our products are custom-created, additional terms apply regarding design approval, ownership, and refunds.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any updates.
2. Custom Orders & Product Approval
Many WECANDOIT products are made specifically for you.
Orders involving custom designs, uploads, or personalization may require customer approval before production.
Once a design or mockup is approved, the order moves into production and cannot be changed or canceled.
3. Customer Responsibility for Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to review mockups carefully for spelling, sizing, placement, and color accuracy.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including shipping addresses, names, sizing selections, uploaded artwork, and personalization details.
WECANDOIT is not responsible for delays, reprints, or replacement costs resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
4. Customer-Uploaded Designs & Ownership
By uploading or submitting any design, logo, image, or artwork to WECANDOIT, you confirm that:
You own the rights to the design or
You have full permission and legal authority to use it
WECANDOIT is not responsible for verifying ownership of customer-submitted designs. Any liability resulting from copyright infringement or unauthorized use rests solely with the customer.
5. Mockup & Preview Usage Rights
All digital mockups, previews, and design visualizations created by WECANDOIT/SWANC Media are the property of WECANDOIT/SWANC Media.
Mockups are provided for approval and production purposes.
Ownership of customer-submitted designs remains with the customer.
WECANDOIT retains the right to store and use mockups internally and, unless otherwise requested, for portfolio or promotional purposes without revealing private or sensitive information.
Approval of a mockup constitutes acceptance of all design elements including spelling, grammar, placement, colors, sizing, and artwork. WECANDOIT is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
6. Color Variation Disclaimer
Colors displayed on screens may differ from printed products due to monitor settings, fabric types, ink absorption, and manufacturing variations.
7. Production Time Disclaimer
Production and shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
WECANDOIT shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier shortages, equipment failures, labor disputes, shipping disruptions, governmental actions, or acts of God.
8. Photo/Portfolio Usage
Unless otherwise requested in writing, WECANDOIT may photograph completed orders and use such images for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes.
9. Prohibited Content
WECANDOIT reserves the right to refuse any order that includes or promotes:
Copyrighted material submitted without permission
Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
Explicit, abusive, or harmful material
Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive claims
Content that impersonates individuals, businesses, or organizations
Orders containing prohibited content may be canceled at any stage.
10. Right to Refuse Service
WECANDOIT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
Violation of these Terms
Inappropriate or prohibited content
Fraudulent or suspicious activity
Abusive behavior toward staff or partners
If an order is refused prior to production, WECANDOIT may issue a refund less any design, administrative, or processing fees already incurred.
11. Ghosted Orders & Non-Response Policy
For custom orders requiring approval or clarification:
If a customer fails to respond to requests for approval, clarification, or required information within fourteen (14) days, WECANDOIT may pause production until a response is received.
Extended non-response may result in order cancellation without refund once work has begun.
Orders awaiting customer approval or response for more than 30 days may be considered abandoned. Deposits and design fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
12. Refunds, Reprints & Defects
Because most products are custom-made:
Refunds are not offered for approved custom orders unless the product is defective or incorrect.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify WECANDOIT within fourteen (14) days of delivery and provide photos for review.
If a product is determined to be defective due to an error by WECANDOIT, our sole remedy shall be repair, replacement, or refund of the affected item at our discretion.

13. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
WECANDOIT actively monitors for fraudulent activity.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order cancellation and account restrictions.
Customers agree to contact WECANDOIT first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent orders will not be fulfilled.
WECANDOIT reserves the right to provide order records, design approvals, correspondence, tracking information, and production documentation to financial institutions during chargeback investigations.
14. Affiliate & Partner Programs
Participation in WECANDOIT Affiliate or Partner Programs is subject to separate agreements.
WECANDOIT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any affiliate or partner account at any time.
Violations of program rules, misrepresentation, or promotion of competing brands may result in removal without notice.
15. Limitation on Lawsuits
Any claim, dispute, or cause of action arising out of or relating to an order, product, or service provided by WECANDOIT must be submitted in writing within sixty (60) days of delivery or the date the issue was discovered, whichever occurs first. Failure to provide notice within this period constitutes acceptance of the order and waives any related claim.
16. Limitation of Liability
WECANDOIT is not liable for:
Indirect or incidental damages
Delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control
Customer errors in design approval or submitted information
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
17. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, designs, and materials created by WECANDOIT/SWANC Media are protected intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
