What is Processing Time? This is the time it takes for us to craft, package, and prepare your order for shipment. Please note that our boxes are all made to order.
Current Processing Time: Our processing time ranges from 1 to 14 business days (Monday-Friday). This timeframe allows us to ensure that your order meets our quality standards and is packed with care.
Shipping Time
What is Shipping Time? Once your order is ready and has been handed over to the postal service, shipping time is the duration it takes for the package to be delivered to your doorstep.
Estimated Shipping Time: Delivery of your order can take between 1 to 8 business days (Monday-Friday), depending on your location and the efficiency of the postal service.
Additional Information
Business Days: Please note that our processing and shipping times are calculated in business days, which means weekends and public holidays are excluded.
Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package's journey to your door.

Custom Bulk Orders

All bulk orders (typically 10+ items) are considered custom-made, which means they are final sale once production begins.
Because every item is printed or embroidered specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size selections
Color changes after approval
Design changes after approval
Buyer’s remorse
Design Approval Required
Before production, we send a design confirmation or mockup.
Your approval ensures:
Correct artwork
Correct placement
Correct colors
Correct sizes and quantities
Once approved, WECANDOIT is not responsible for any errors related to the information you confirmed.

Refund & Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we believe in being clear and transparent about how refunds and replacements are handled at WECANDOIT.
Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, the policies below help set expectations while still ensuring fairness.
Final Sale Policy
Because each order is made specifically for you, most products are considered final sale once production begins.
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been approved and enters production.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled only before production begins.
Once production has started, we cannot make changes, cancel the order, or issue refunds.
Order Approval Responsibility
For orders that require design approval:
Customers are responsible for reviewing mockups carefully before approving.
Once a design is approved, the order moves into production and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
WECANDOIT is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer (including spelling, sizing, placement, or color choices).
Product Variations
Due to differences in monitors, printers, garment batches, fabric materials, and manufacturing processes, slight variations in color, print placement, sizing, or garment dimensions are considered normal and are not considered defects.
Size charts are provided whenever available to help customers choose the best fit. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before placing their order.
Customer-Provided Artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, photographs, or artwork submitted with their order. WECANDOIT is not responsible for verifying ownership or usage rights of customer-provided content.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Customers must notify WECANDOIT within 7 days of delivery.
Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be required to review your claim.
At WECANDOIT's discretion, an approved claim may result in a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Proper garment care is important for the longevity of printed apparel.
Damage resulting from improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, or normal wear over time is not considered a manufacturing defect.
production delays
Production timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by equipment maintenance, supplier inventory, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Inspection Period & Reporting Deadline
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order immediately upon delivery.
Issues must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
WECANDOIT is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
We strongly recommend:
Choosing a secure delivery location
Monitoring tracking information closely
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
Replacement orders may require additional payment.
Inspection Period & Reporting Deadline:
For bulk or multi-item orders, customers should inspect all items before distributing them to recipients.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements are not provided for:
Buyer’s remorse or preference changes
Errors approved during the mockup process
Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
Delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control
