Overview

The WECANDOIT Partner Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by promoting WECANDOIT products through their assigned store, tracking link, or discount code (if applicable). This policy outlines how earnings are calculated, when payouts are issued, and what qualifies as a payable sale. Our goal is to keep this process simple, transparent, and fair for all partners.

How Earnings Are Calculated

Commission Partners earn a percentage of qualifying sales generated through their assigned tracking method (store link, affiliate link, or approved code). Commission rates are determined during onboarding and may vary by partner. Earnings are calculated based on the order subtotal only. Taxes, shipping, and additional fees are excluded

Example:
If a customer places a $100 order (before tax and shipping) and your commission rate is 15%, you earn $15.

Qualifying Sales

A qualifying sale is an order that is:

  • Tracked through the partner’s assigned store, link, or code.

  • Successfully paid and fulfilled

  • Not canceled, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent

Payout Schedule

Earnings are calculated on a monthly basis. Payouts are issued on a Net-30 schedule.

Example:
Earnings from January are paid by the end of February. Partners will receive a summary of their earnings for each payout cycle.

Minimum Payout Threshold

A minimum balance of $25 is required to receive a payout. Balances below this threshold will roll over to the next payout cycle

Refunds & Adjustments

If an order is refunded or canceled before payout, it will not be included in earnings. If an order is refunded after payout, the commission amount may be deducted from the next payout

Excluded Orders

The following orders do not qualify for commission payouts:

  • Test or sample orders

  • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions

  • Internal or complimentary orders

  • Orders placed by WECANDOIT team members for internal use

Payout Methods

Commission Partners may select one of the following payout methods during onboarding:

PayPal or Venmo. Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment details. WECANDOIT is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or outdated information.

Partner Responsibilities

Partners agree to:

  • Promote WECANDOIT in a respectful and brand-aligned manner

  • Avoid misleading, deceptive, or spam-based marketing practices

  • Use only approved tracking methods (store link, affiliate link, or code)

  • WECANDOIT reserves the right to pause or terminate participation if misuse or abuse is detected.

Program Scope

This payout policy applies to Commission Partners only. Growth Partners (discount-based) do not receive commission payouts

Policy Updates

WECANDOIT reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time as the program evolves. Partners will be notified of any material changes.
