Design Ownership & Usage Policy

At WECANDOIT, we collaborate with our partners to create high-quality, custom merchandise and branding assets. This policy outlines how design ownership and usage are handled to ensure clarity and mutual respect.

Designs Created by WECANDOIT / LightBearMedia

Any designs, graphics, mockups, or creative assets created by WECANDOIT under LightBearMedia—including but not limited to:

• Original designs

• Custom merchandise artwork

• Mockups and product visuals

• Edits, enhancements, or alterations to existing designs

are considered the intellectual property of WECANDOIT / LightBearMedia.

These assets may be used for:

• Product creation and fulfillment

• Marketing and promotional materials

• Portfolio or showcase purposes

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, design files (such as source files) are not automatically transferred or released.

Partner-Provided Assets

Any logos, designs, or creative assets provided by the partner:

• Remain the property of the partner

• Will only be used by WECANDOIT for purposes related to the partnership

• Will not be altered beyond agreed-upon adjustments without permission

• Will not be distributed, sold, or reused outside of the partnership without consent

Collaborative Work

In cases where WECANDOIT modifies or enhances a partner-provided design:

• The original concept remains the partner’s property

• The modified or enhanced version is considered a collaborative asset, with usage rights granted to WECANDOIT for production and promotional purposes

Restrictions

Partners may not:

• Claim ownership of designs created by WECANDOIT / LightBearMedia

• Resell or redistribute WECANDOIT-created designs outside of this partnership

• Request raw/source design files unless previously agreed upon
